Riverside County Board Supervisors recognize Nation Volunteer Month

At the Riverside County Board of Supervisors meeting, the board recognized National Volunteer Month.
Our volunteers are an integral part of the Emergency Management Department from our Medical Reserve Corps, who have a passion for giving back with their medical knowledge and training to our Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) volunteers who stand ready to assist during times of need, to our Radio Amateur Civil Emergency Service (RACES), who provide emergency radio communications throughout the county. Our volunteers are an incredible asset to our department and Riverside County's 2.5 million residents. We want to thank all of the fantastic volunteers who dedicate their time, energy, and passion to making a difference in our county.
